What is the GraphLab?
Funded by the Auvergne-Rhone-Alpes Region and the Groupe ESC Clermont-Auvergne Foundation, the GraphLab is a “hybrid” and unique place within Clermont School of Business since 2020.
GraphLab Facilities:
- A space dedicated to work and creativity in many forms: brand and product development and communication media
- A multidisciplinary space for experimenting, exchanging perspectives, and integrating innovation (entrepreneurial, research, pedagogical…), co-construction, design thinking, dealing with issues related to technology, digital, ecology and CSR…
- A community of sharing, curious and benevolent! Mini-conferences, workshops, meetings, “small format” concerts, exhibitions and installations, content production for the media, event organization.
In short, it is an experimental area that can be used as a space for work and creation, for dialogue and encounters, and for the construction phase needed to brainstorm and design a project.
The GraphLab space can be modulated to accommodate a whole range of activities. It can be used as an artisanal printing shop doted with “lowtech” techniques (silk-screen printing, Risography, Letterpress, etc.), or a room with computers with the technology to work on data visualization and graphic design, or a photo/video shooting studio.
It is mainly accessible to the school’s students and staff but also, under certain conditions of availability, can be reserved by partners of the School and the ESC Foundation for workshops or meetings in small groups.
