Commitment and Solidarity at The Heart of the Foundation's Annual Dinner
Groupe ESC Clermont Foundation was created 7 years ago and today it plays a major role in both the school’s social policy, implementing a range of innovative projects to help students and the local region. On 4 April, the Foundation will hold its annual sponsor’s gala, during which the guests will be get a full review of the year’s activities and meritorious students will receive awards for their excellence and ambition.
In 2022, the Foundation Renewed its Support in the Following Areas:
1) Social Inclusion and Equal Opportunity
In 2022, 87 students benefited from social scholarships amounting to €140,000. The main goal is to to facilitate access to management studies and promote equal opportunity among students.
2) Educational Innovation and Applied Research
Several innovative projects were implemented in 2022: the ‘Feel-Good Campus’ Operation, The Dublin Digital Week, and the Diversity Fresco. Furthermore, the Foundation wishes to have a positive impact on society by producing and disseminating research on management innovation, to promote efficient and responsible organizations.
3) Entrepreneurial Dynamics
In 2022, 6 project leaders incubated in the ESC Clermont BS SquareLab, and received financial support in the form of Startup grants totaling 21 000 €.
4) Professional Integration
In 2022, 6 financial support projects received a total of €22,000 to facilitate the professional integration of students.
The measures put in place are deployed by the School’s CareerLab, whose mission is to support each student with the definition and the successful completion of his or her career project (choice of internship, work-study programme, specialisation, etc.) and in finding a job.
In 2023 and in line with the ‘Reveal 2027’ strategic plan, the Foundation’s objective is to make its purpose and ambitions known to a wider circle of regionally based companies, interested in playing a more active role in the school’s social and innovation policy.
Our ambition for the next five years is to double the funds raised to finance grants and projects to meet the needs of deserving students, ESC Clermont BS and local companies.
2 Guests of Honor Convey a Strong Message of Commitment
This year, the Foundation’s Annual Grand Evening will be marked by the participation of two guests of honor, Florence Hale and Jean-Marc Gendre, figures of commitment and solidarity in different capacities.
