Arnaud GORGEON is Professor of Information Systems at Clermont School of Business. He holds an engineering degree from Polytech d’Orléans, an MBA from IE Business School and a PhD in Information Systems from UCLA Anderson School of Management. His research focuses on how organisations anticipate and manage the unexpected when innovating through information and communication technologies. He is also Head of Pedagogical Innovation at Clermont School of Business.
