Aymen TURKI is a Full Time Professor at the Clermont School of Business and a member of the CleRMa (Clermont Recherche Management) research centre. His research focuses on mergers and acquisitions, dividend policy, venture capital and financial technology. As part of his research, he has taken part in various conferences in France and abroad, and has contributed to scientific and professional journals. He has taught finance, accounting and management control in French and English to bachelor, master and MBA students. He has also founded master’s and MBA programmes in finance, fintech and management control. He is actively involved in the scientific community, organising finance conferences, coordinating special issues and speaking at seminars.
