Clermont School of Business Celebrates Its 2024 Graduates

A Two-Part Ceremony to Celebrate All Programs

The morning was dedicated to the graduates of the Bachelor programs (Bac +3 degree level, equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree). A total of 376 students were honored:

• 283 graduates of the Bachelor in International Management,
• 83 graduates of the Bachelor in Digital Communication & E-Business – a milestone class, as it was the first graduating class since the program’s launch in 2018,
• 10 graduates of the Executive Bachelor (Continuing Education track).

In all, nearly 850 guests were present for this emotional event, filled with speeches, diploma presentations, and musical interludes!

The festive atmosphere continued in the afternoon, with the second part of the day dedicated to the graduates of the Master in Management (Bac +5, equivalent to a Master’s degree), the MSc – Masters of Science (accredited by the CGE), as well as the MBA – Executive Master in Management, and the Specialized Master’s in HR & Managerial Innovation (MS GRH).

The audience warmly celebrated the 445 graduates of the Grande École Program, 102 MSc graduates, and the recipients of the MBA and MS HR degrees.

This second highlight of the day gathered over 1,145 attendees, all coming together to celebrate the success of these outstanding academic journeys.

A Meaningful and Unifying Event

Through these two moments of celebration, the entire School community came together—faculty, academic staff, management, alumni, and business partners—to share in the pride and joy of the graduates.

The ceremonies featured:

• Graduates walking across the stage,
• Special recognition of valedictorians,
• Tribute videos and memories,
• Musical performances by students or alumni,
• And of course, the traditional cap toss, symbolizing the end of a rich and demanding academic journey.

Valedictorians from each program were warmly congratulated for their outstanding achievements and their dedication throughout their time at the School.

After the ceremonies, a friendly cocktail reception allowed guests to continue the celebration in a relaxed and festive atmosphere—with music, a photo booth, and reunions over drinks to capture the moment.

The festivities continued late into the night with a major party organized by the Student Union (BDE), giving the new graduates the chance to properly celebrate the end of their academic adventure, surrounded by their classmates.

An Inspiring Closing Speech

One of the most memorable moments of the day was the keynote speech by Charles Fella, a graduate of the Class of 2003 and a committed ambassador for Clermont School of Business. He shared a sincere and inspiring story about his career journey, his lasting connection to the School, and the values that continue to guide his choices.

Charles Fella has been actively involved in several of the School’s promotional videos, helping to enhance its visibility among prospective students and the alumni network. Through his passion for sports—practiced with both rigor and environmental consciousness—he truly embodies the values upheld by the School: commitment, perseverance, responsibility, and openness to the world.
