Have you ever heard of the CEFDG?
The Committee for the Evaluation of Management Education and Diplomas (La Commission d’Evaluation des Formations et Diplômes de Gestion, CEFDG) is the only national institution responsible for evaluating the educational programs offered by private and public schools of business and management.

Some error has occured.
It controls the quality of education and authorizes the schools, through the intermediary of the State, to issue a diploma at the level of Bac +3 to Bac +5, which can, if applicable, give the degree of Bachelor or Master to its holders.
It also aims to support the schools in their development, according to the guidelines and policies defined by the Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation.
Today in France:
197 French management schools are not recognized by the CEFDG and the state
44 schools are recognized by the state but do not issue certified degrees
At the start of the 2021 academic year, 65 schools had at least one CEFDG-approved program
What about ESC Clermont Business School?
ESC Clermont Business School is one of the 65 schools with at least one CEFDG accredited program. It is recognized by the State and delivers diplomas that have a grade equivalent to a university degree.
This is the case for our two Bachelor programs:
Bachelor in International Management – Approved Bac +3 and Bachelor’s degree
Bachelor in Digital Communication and E-Business – Approved at Bac +3 and Bachelor’s degree
And for our Master program:
Master Grande Ecole – Approved Bac + 5 and Master’s Degree
