Cordées de la réussite
Under an agreement with the Clermont Rectorate as part of a national academic system, our priority is to support high school students from the Ministry of Urban Affairs (Priority Education Zones, ZEP+…), on state scholarships, in social difficulty and/or with disabilities, in order to show them that higher education is accessible to them through the provision of tutoring, guidance, discovery of the world of work and business and cultural openness. The Groupe ESC Clermont-Auvergne is the head of the “Alizé” team in partnership with the IUT GEA in Clermont-Ferrand. The two establishments have Sidoine Apollinaire and Amédée Gasquet as their high school-source schools.
Article 1
In partnership with this national association labelled “La France s’engage” (“most innovative and socially useful projects”), we support our Bachelor and Master students from working class backgrounds, in particular through individual tutoring by executives from companies that are members of the Article 1 network. This system revolves around the organisation of individual tutoring and the organisation of events (e.g. the Clermont stage of the Tour de France Assertiveness Tour).
