Excellence Evening 2022: Who are the 3 winners?

More than 150 ESC Clermont BS students, graduates and staff members participated in the 2022 edition of the annual “Excellence Evening”, an annual event organized by the ESC Clermont BS Alumni Association and the “Excellence Club”. This year’s participants joined this prestigious event either in person or remote sessions organized around the world. This year, 3 women with inspiring backgrounds, graduates of ESC Clermont Business School (Classes of 1991, 1994 and 2022) were honored.

An evening placed under the sign of collective intelligence

The 17ᵉ edition of the Alumni Excellence Evening took place on Wednesday 23 November at the Learning Planet Institute in Paris. François Taddei, Researcher, Founder and Director of the Learning Planet Institute was present and proposed an interactive activity based on the following theme: ” The School of the future: the ESC Clermont BS in 2050 “.

A GREAT SUCCESS:

An inspiring and inspired speaker with prospective ideas: François Taddei, researcher, founder, director of the Learning Planet Institute and author of the book “And Us? How We Can Meet the Challenges of the 21st Century”, animated a “collective intelligence” activity based on the theme ‘The ESC Clermont Business School in the Year 2050”, which was a huge success among all participants.

Who are the 2022 ‘Excellence’ prize-winners?

Committed, open to the world and socially involved… This year and for the very first time, three women with inspiring backgrounds, graduates of ESC Clermont BS between 1991 and 2022, were honored: Florence Douroux-Chatellier, Florence Hale and Alexia Sellos.

These alumni have joined the Excellence Club which federates a community of alumni with exemplary careers, functions and/or commitments within the Alumni association.

THE EXCELLENCE PRIZE REWARDS GREAT PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS.

Florence Douroux-Chatellier – class of 1991, received the award for her exceptional career path within leading companies, for her success at the highest level and her commitment to the responsible economy.

THE COMMITMENT AWARD RECOGNISES INVESTMENT IN ASSOCIATIONS, CHARITIES, SPORTS, OR THE ARTS.

Florence Hale – class of 1994 and the Georgia Institute of Technology MBA – received the award for her ability to help young people find their place, become aware of their capacity to act and have an impact.

THE EXCELLENCE LABEL RECOGNISES THE EXEMPLARY PERFORMANCE OF A YOUNG GRADUATE IN TERMS OF ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT, FUTURE POTENTIAL, HUMAN AND RELATIONAL QUALITIES, NETWORKING SKILLS AND ABILITY TO REPRESENT THE SCHOOL.

Alexia Sellos, class of 2022 and a graduate of the International College of Management in Sydney – received this award thanks to her investment in representing and promoting the School and the Alumni Association. She is starting a Graduate Program in HR at Colas.

The "Coup de Cœur Excellence Award" for Françoise Roudier

The ESC Clermont BS Alumni Association and the Excellence Club also presented this special award to Françoise Roudier, who played a major part in “restoring the pride of being and ESC Clermont BS alumni, after a period of turbulence”, the “Coup de Cœur Excellence Award” was presented to her to thank her for her dedication during her 40-year career at ESC Clermont BS. Currently,  Françoise Roudier still has specific missions within the general management of the school.
