Mary Vigier est Professeur émérite de Management, de Comportement organisationnel et de Communication interpersonnelle. Ses thèmes de recherche portent sur le management international, la gestion des équipes multiculturelles, la diversité linguistique et l’internationalisation des formations au management. Elle a récemment publié dans des revues internationales comme Cross-Cultural & Strategic Managementet International Journal of Cross-Cultural Management. Elle est aujourd’hui Secrétaire Générale de l’Association académique GEM&L (Groupe d’Etudes en Management et Langage).
